PhysioHealer is an organisation that aims to raise the public awareness and knowledge about importance of physical activity for a sound mental health and physical well-being. The motto “Learn and apply the right way of healing” is the driving force in the pursuit of creating a community that understands their own body functions, identify it’s changes and takes appropriate actions at the right moment to keep it fit by learning correct way of movement and mindset. We intend to provide comprehensive resources related to mental health, body mechanics, postural awareness, ergonomics and nutritional recommendations. Our CORPORATE WELLNESS PROGRAM is an approach to achieving a healthy workplace. This extensive course namely ‘ THE DELICATE ART OF CORPORATE WORK-HEALTH BALANCE’ is designed with the aim of various workplace health risks that mostly arises from unhealthy habits, stress and lack of physical activity.
