At Phyt Nutrition, we have a passion for health, particularly preventative health. Our employees have experience in nutrition, personal training of people with a wide range of abilities and disabilities, education, medical research and medicine. Our approach to health is evidence-based and personalised to the needs of each person. We strive to assist each individual by providing them with the knowledge and specific tools they require to improve their health, no matter what their level of ability. The Phyt Nutrition team are currently developing several apps designed to improve the health and well being of individuals across a broad range of diseases.
