Every business idea, no matter how great, requires the expertise of an experienced mentor to help it past the first hurdles. We offer services to Pre-revenue, Established and Start-up businesses and have tailored programmes to suit the needs of all of the above. For an initial fee of £399, you will be issued with a pin number which gives you access to our Business Readiness and Sustainability Assessment Toolkit. This is an evaluation tool that helps:* Calculate the chance of your business success * Identify your strengths and improve areas of weakness. By investing in our Analysis you will benefit from years research which answers these critical questions. You will gain a radical head start by being scientifically graded against successful and not so successful businesses that have gone before you. You will also learn from their experience to develop a solid foundation on which to build your business. Once we both have these results, there will be a business readiness review with one of the mentors included in theinitial fee with subsequent mentoring time agreed thereafter. The mentoring can be conducted in person, by phone or using Skype facilities. Mentors are drawn first and foremost from people who have built and developed businesses themselves, although specialists in specific areas are also available.
