Pi2star

Pi2star is a high-tech company from Tsinghua university. We have built a full-stack AIoT intelligent solution, based on independently developed energy-efficient AI chips and high-precision AI algorithms. Based on this solution, we have realized the intelligent upgrade of the traditional pump, motor and other rotating equipment. The intelligent pump monitoring system built by Pi2star, uses high-precision sensors to collect information such as vibration and temperature at the device end, performs data calculation and processing through AI intelligent algorithm, and visualizes the results, and then transmits them to the user end through various wireless communication means. The upgraded smart equipment can realize 7*24 hours of real-time operation and maintenance, digital life cycle file management, energy efficiency optimization, intelligent diagnosis, fault warning and alarm. These data can effectively reduce customer operation and maintenance costs by up to 30%, and can be combined with IoT technology to optimize equipment management. Through our solutions, customers can complete the intelligent upgrade from traditional equipment to industry 4.0, and help manufacturers occupy the market of intelligent equipment.
