The Group has an experience of 50 years in the aerospace sector and over 20 years in the railway sector. Pianfei Compositi, with the acquired "know-how", is able to provide the best solution by choosing among the various technologies available in the most competitive conditions. Pianfei Compositi is specialized in the production of composite components and flat/curved panels, even in complex forms. All these activities are carried out in the Clean Room where pre-impregnated fabrics are layered, or resins and mat fibers are applied. Pianfei Compositi is also specialized in the production of parts in RTM (Resin Transfer Molding) and HPL (High Pressure Laminate) of various sizes and aesthetics. As for lay out, design, functionality, weight, cost and final application, the optimal technology is recommended and selected for the best aesthetic finishing and result. Within its production facility Pianfei Compositi has a mechanical workshop equipped with different technological processes for the construction of metal parts and structures (5 Axis CNC machines, presses,benders and punching machines) paying particular attention to the quality aspects of the finished product (anodizing, chrome plating, powder coating).
