PIATT ASSOCIATES, INC. provides architectural services to clients in three modes: 1) as a traditional full-service practice 2) as an architectural design consultant specializing in the early stage of projects exploring planning/development options and creating design concepts and architectural vision renderings, and 3) as a general partner in various real estate developments. Clients have included development companies, municipalities, other architects and homeowners. We have experience with all building types including small and large scale residential, schools, shopping and market centers, restaurants, theaters, hotels and hostels, and cruise ships. Piatt Associates has made a specialty of creating and refining the architectural design image of buildings and expressing those designs in perspective renderings for use in community and environmental reviews, marketing efforts, and financial application packages. We are known to our clients for our responsiveness, flexibility and design creativity, and our understanding of the marketplace due to our own development experience.
