PIC Construction Group are based in Brentwood, Essex, UK with 15 years of extensive experience in both main contracting and subcontracting. We have acted as principal contractor on significant projects for private developers and clients and undertaken large single and multi trade subcontracts for a variety of large clients. PIC Construction Group focus on growing our business in the following areas- Working for large main contractors as a full service multi trade sub-contractor- Principal contractor for private developers on new build and refurbishment projects- Supply of labour. We also carry out a large number of miscellaneous builders work / incidental items packages where individual tasks are often too small for single trade subcontractors but where it makes financial sense to combine smaller tasks into one subcontract.
