The shares of Picasso Headline were purchased by African media giant, Avusa Limited, in November In 2011 Avusa Limited was bought by Times Media (Pty) Ltd. Picasso Headline (Pty) Ltd is proudly part of Times Media Group. Picasso Headline publishes a diverse range of magazines and journals in association with leading South African and international organisations.
