Picks PT offers exercise and nutritional services to Macarthur and surrounding suburbs. We specialise in helping busy professionals de-stress, refocus and gain strength and mobility to achieve the goal of a healthier, stronger and more toned you. Unlike traditional gyms that do not provide any structure, direction or support, we focus on our members as individuals and provide specific tools support and accountability you need to achieve life-changing results. At Picks PT, we are passionate about fitness and the benefits individuals can achieve through physical exercise and good nutrition coupled with building a fun and inspiring community that you belong to. Picks Personal Training has been in operation for over 4 years in the health and fitness industry, Nathan the owner and founder believe personal training is about staying motivated and achieving results within the desired time frame. To achieve the best results, he creates individual training programs tailor-made for each client. Nathan is a certified personal trainer; level 2 AUSREP with Fitness Australia and have successfully completed studies in strength and conditioning, boxing, Pilates fundamentals and nutritional support for children, teens, and adults.
