Pierce Hill Project Services was established in 1995 as a professional construction consultancy providing project management, design, contract administration, building surveying services and health & safety (cdm) support. As a multi-disciplinary service we are renowned for employing technical staff who have the ability to add value though innovation and quality advice to all our clients. We employ designers, building surveyors and health & safety advisors and can provide these skills separately, or as an integrated service, dependent upon our clients specific requirements. The complementary nature of these construction disciplines allow us to offer an efficient and effective way to manage client projects via a single consultant appointment, saving both time and money. Furthermore, the overlapping nature of our skill set allows us to take a broader view that goes beyond traditional consultant boundaries and apply the combined experience of our teams to offer a more strategic view to projects that can also assist with risk management and value engineering. Work is undertaken for the public and private sectors in the commercial, office, community, retail, leisure, healthcare, education and residential markets. We are Quality Assured to BS EN ISO 9001 and also hold Environmental Management Accreditation to BS EN ISO 14001 for all services. Our team hold memberships of relevant professional institutions and associations respective to their disciplines.
