WHO ARE WE PIERCE Plan is an innovative company that bridges the gap between athletics and academics by providing high schools with the first ever web-based academic management system to efficiently track NCAA initial eligibility and promote college readiness. WHAT WE DO We solve an efficiency problem by automating a process that is currently being done by hand. By integrating with high school student information systems, PIERCE Plan provides a reliable tracking system to ensure student-athletes are eligible to receive a scholarship to play at Division I, Division II, Division and NAIA institutions. WHY WE DO IT We believe every high school student-athlete deserves the opportunity to play at the next level. We recognize that navigating the maze of academic eligibility is inefficient and time consuming for high school counselors, coaches and college scouts. We know that a proactive system will drive school-wide achievement.
