To make historic preservation planning easier, Pigeon Consulting facilitates conversations about historic preservation planning, leads regulatory consultation, and supports clients and stakeholders through the preparation of research, evaluation, and consultation documentation and historic preservation applications. We draw on our combined 25 years of experience to ensure that our clients have a clear understanding of the historic preservation process and know how to effectively use their preservation planning tools to provide lasting impact.
