Piget Art Studio

Sylvain Piget is a French painter and visual artist. Sylvain’s art is abstract, intuitive and powerful. Finding over time that this power was being restricted by the dimensions of a canvas, he felt a third dimension was needed to express himself fully. He took his art to a new level by creating his first sculptures comprised of hundreds of pieces of wood. His 3-D works now allow him to express himself with both shape and color. He is always in search of beauty. He enjoys experimenting with scale, shape and textures through media to create a universe that is deep and captivating. A self-taught and passionate perfectionist, he and his art continue to evolve.
