Pilates For Life
Pilates For Life is a modern, fully equipped studio in Punta Gorda, Florida, with West Coast (Kathy Corey) Certified and Stott Certified instructors. Pilates for Life provides private, and semi-private lessons on the equipment. The mat classes are limited to 6 participants and the reformer classes are limited to 4 participants allowing the trainer to closely monitor all movements of each person. Incorporated into the mat classes will be opportunities to use the spine correctors, magic circles and CORE bands.
