Pilates Playground is a fully equipped classical studio that has evolved into a center for healing through movement. We specialize in modified Pilates exercises and postural awareness through the Meeks method of strengthening the muscles that support the spine. The studio offers group and private sessions in Pilates, QiGong and NIA. The environment is peaceful, friendly and not intimidating. We strive to do our best daily and are grateful for the opportunity to teach and learn from everyone who finds us.
