Pilcrow Advisors is a Therapeutic & Educational Consulting practice with consultants located in Illinois & Utah. Founder, Jamie Goodman, M.Ed, LPC, CEP, is a licensed mental health clinician with a passion for supporting families and individuals who exhibit profound need for specialized and individualized educational or therapeutic planning and placement services. Prior to becoming a placement consultant, Jamie worked in the public school system. Kristie Jensen, Therapeutic Placement Consultant, earned her bachelor’s degree in Social Work and has over 19 years of experience working with treatment programs and outpatient services. Kristie has a passion for helping families navigate through the treatment process. Prior to joining Pilcrow Advisors in 2018, Kristie served in various leadership roles within admissions, marketing and operations departments. Pilcrow Advisors most often works with clients looking for alternative solutions to those available locally. Diagnostically and demographically, clients range from ages 8-30, and are struggling to meet their potential due to academic, behavioral or emotional challenges.
