PILONI produces special fasteners by cold forming of metal wires, such as screws, solid rivets, semi-hollow and bifurcated rivets, custom-designed, knurled, threaded pins, with grooves and special parts. Almost 100 years of experience in close contact with the multiple needs of this market allow us to improve products through the technological evolution requested by customers. The primary goal for PILONI is full customer satisfaction, maintaining quality, skill of collaborators and machinery technology at the highest level. In order to guarantee maximum control of the production process and short delivery times even for special productions, for over 40 years PILONI draws internally almost all the wire needed for its own production. We currently produce around different parts and have a warehouse of 600 pallets of standard and special fastener
