For all of our fifty-four years in business, we have provided Construction Management services for over half of our clients in the Greater Cincinnati / Northern Kentucky area. We have often worked in close cooperation with Owners and Architects in the area of project cost control. We are skilled in delivering projects to Owners that meet their performance criteria, within a pre-determined budget and schedule. We have always helped to develop a balance of quality design, functional planning, practical constructability and budget control for our clients. We are quite aware of what is necessary to provide an Owner with a superior facility and not just an acceptable one.
