Pilotes Volontaires

Volunteer Pilots is a civic initiative whose goal is to deploy aerial means dedicated to rescuing persons in distress at sea. Our objective is to support the NGOs in their rescue operations to people in exile attempting desperately to cross the Mediterranean to Europe. This initiative stems from the admission that the Mediterranean has become a huge sea cemetery. Over men, women and children die each year in the utmost indifference. This sea has become the biggest migrant cemetery in the world. We refuse to accept this as fate and we want to act in order to save more lives. We ask the general public, associations, foundations and companies to give us the means to act on a long-term basis. To support the action of Volunteer Pilots, please access our website.
