Pilotfish Koncepts is the venture management arm of the Pilotfish umbrella of brands focused on B2C businesses. Our current focus is on F&B, and we have launched 2 brands in this space; BizzyB NitroCafé: A Fast Food Café concept focused on providing busy people with quick, convenient and wholesome all-day offerings. Ideal for catering to office meetings, parties and lunches, corporate trainings & workshops etc as well. 4 years into this venture, we have 6 outlets across Delhi NCR, and are now open to giving out franchisees pan-India. Roost Bistro: Casual Dining Restaurant & Bar concept, with its first outlet in the bustling surroundings of Hauz Khas Village in Delhi. The focus is on providing a well-traveled foodie with a casual and friendly atmosphere and authentic world cuisine, while providing value-for-money.
