Welcome to Pilvi! I’m Claude and after two years of working as a freelance Social Media Manager, I’ve decided to launch my own company: Pilvi Sàrl! Same job, same person, new name! I obtained my master’s degree in Multilingual Communication at the ULB in Brussels in June 2017, and after a first professional experience in Belgium, I decided to return to Luxembourg and start my freelance career as a Social Media Manager and Content Creator in March 2018. Since then, I have been working with various Luxembourgish brands, managing their social profiles or hosting social media workshops. Combining my communication skills, creativeness and analytical mindset, I specialise in being the online conduit between companies and their audiences. My expertise lies in: understanding the company’s business, values & needs, identifying & reaching audiences, developing brand awareness, defining KPI’s, creating & managing content, managing & growing communities and reporting activity & results.
