Pink Ladder Organization

Pink Ladder, a 501(c)3 non-profit, provides educational and networking resources for African-American professional women. We uplift ALL women by encouraging them to ascend to new heights, celebrate their successes and inspire others to do the same. One of the tools used to achieve its mission is the Step Up Business Conference. The business goal of the Step Up Conference is to provide a forum for connecting and building business relationships among African-American women. The philanthropic goal of the Step Up Conference is to expose young ladies and women in transition to the world of business. The Step-Up Conference is aimed at providing an environment for professional African-American women to set trends, influence, innovate and leverage women’s participation in the business world. This educational conference brings together black women to participate in programs that promote leadership, mentoring, professional development and networking opportunities. Conference attendees will attend group sessions, break out series and panel discussions, while networking with their peers. Other programs include local networking events, webinars and special speakers series.
