Pink Safe is a progressive and modern Traffic Control company who is dedicated to the employment and empowerment of women, people struggling with unemployment and anyone struggling to return to the workforce. By offering in house training with our forward thinking and open-minded team, Pink Safe is seeking to upskill and empower women and other lesser represented groups in the construction/traffic control industry. Our vision is a diversified workforce, without discrimination and preferential treatment, that is built up of strong workers with exceptional training, on the job experience and a commitment to safety and inclusiveness. We are achieving this every day by training workers and giving them vital skills to increase their employment prospects and by creating long term career opportunities that are so desperately needed to ensure stability in the lives of many of the groups we aim to empower. Pink Safe came about from the idea that it was about time someone opened a traffic control company that valued hiring women and uplifting their local community, but to achieve this the right way, by offering long term careers, training, full time employment and also ensuring the flexibility that is essential for many mothers, carers and people in the community with dependants. This brilliant idea from a wise and progressive thinker became the Pink Safe Project, which is now simply known as Pink Safe, the only traffic control company that is dedicated to training and accrediting women in a vastly male dominant industry to ensure that they develop the skills that they will need to live comfortably for the rest of their working lives.
