Pink Tie was founded in May 2016 in Kampala, Uganda, with a vision to uplift the youth, elevate boda boda riders into seasoned professionals, and to promote a culture of professionalism within Uganda’s logistics industry. Our dedication to youth capacity-building starts with creating opportunities, through the implementation of a comprehensive training, development, and management program. This program is designed to enhance communication skills, instill ethical values, and cultivate boda boda riders to become seasoned professionals. Since our inception, we have led the way in food delivery and rider management, consistently delivering reliability and convenience. We were the exclusive delivery partner for Jumia Food from 2016 to 2019, catering to hundreds of restaurants and renowned global brands such as KFC. In less than three years, our team has achieved remarkable growth. We started with just 15 riders handling an average of 150 orders per day, to over 120 riders fulfilling an average of 1,500 orders daily. Building upon our wealth of experience, we are dedicated to offering tailored fleet solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Our services range from rider recruitment, onboarding, training, development, to management, ensuring that businesses receive the support they need to thrive.
