Welcome to the Pinnacle Family! Dear Students & Parents, Pinnacle Charter Schools was founded in 1995 and established one of the first charter schools in Arizona. Pinnacle has grown to include several brick-and-mortar charter high schools, including the addition of the Virtual Middle and High School. In 2003, Pinnacle Charter School was designated a “distance education provider” by the state of Arizona and launched Pinnacle Online High School. That same year, we were fully accredited by the Commission on International and Trans-regional Accreditation (CITA). Over the years, we have accomplished exceptional growth in the number of schools and students enrolled in Pinnacle Charter Schools. Our focus is on the full spectrum of student needs, including Honors course delivery, credit recovery, drop-out prevention and more. Through the use of online learning and a blend of software and innovative technology, Pinnacle Charter School has delivered instruction across the state of Arizona to more than students in over twenty years. Today, Pinnacle provides education to more than students and awards more than high school credits each year. We are one of the first organizations to receive AdvancED Corporation Accreditation and remain one of few organizations worldwide that enjoy this reputation. It is the Mission of Pinnacle Charter Schools to recognize all students are unique in their needs, thought processes, learning styles and motivation. Pinnacle’s alternative approach is a student-centered option that supports and embraces the diverse needs of students by providing an alternative method of delivering instruction and monitoring academic success.
