With managing partners boasting decades of experience, we are familiar with the ever-changing landscape of the automotive industry. Our newest managing partner, Fernando Perez has 19 years of retail automotive experience along with 8 years of corporate F&I company perspective. He has extensive F&I underwriting experience, product development along with expertise in foreign domiciled corporations taxed as US entities and non controlled foreign corporations (NCFCs). Seeing the industry from all perspectives throughout his extensive career allows him to confidently make the best decisions for YOUR dealership. Our firm services include assisting Dealers with Buy/Sell negotiations, Dealer Owned Warranty Companies (DOWC) & all Reinsurance structures, F&I training & compliance processes, along with Property Casualty & Commercial Insurance consulting.
