We are a Multi-Product company managed by a group of Technocrats established in 1996. Since then, the company has been in service to various Oil and Gas Refineries, Carbon Black Industry, Chemical and Petrochemical industry, Food and Beverage Industry, Pharmaceutical Industry, Nuclear and Thermal Power Plants, Automobile Industry and Water Treatment Industry. We undertake complete Process Design with particular emphasis on Heat Transfer, Distillation, Skid Mounted Piping, Reactors, Pressure Vessels, Storage Tanks, Agitators, Customized Fabrication and Weld overlay. We also undertake the design & erection of the Piping System in various materials like Stainless steel, Carbon Steel, Duplex & Super Duplex Piping. We specialize in shop fabricated items with particular emphasis on high-pressure piping, Pressure Vessels & Heat Exchangers and welding of Titanium and Hastelloy. We have a dedicated team of Engineers & Technicians to undertake work at the site of structural fabrication & piping. Our teams of technicians, Welders & Fabrication Fitters are very conversant with materials like Alloy Steel, Duplex, Super Duplex, Stainless Steel, Copper, Cupro Nickel, Hastalloy C & Titanium. We have the expertise, experience & resources to meet the new challenges with our state-of-art design, engineering & manufacturing facilities at Chakan, Pune. We have catered to more than 80+ customers which include reputed MNC's and International companies for domestic and export market. We are an ISO 9001-2015 Certified company by DNV-GL. We design & manufacture process equipments to meet the process requirement in accordance with relevant international standards including ASME, TEMA, BS, etc. Our plant is located on sq.ft land with 2 sheds covering about sq.ft of built up with 20 metric ton EOT cranes. Various inspection and testing is carried out under third party inspection agencies which include Helium Leak testing, Boroscope inspection, Ferroxyl test, NDT, etc.
