As the largest homebuilder in Salida, CO we have developed and built several unique and architecturally correct neighborhoods as well as numerous custom homes. We specialize in homes which exceed Energy Star's most stringent category of requirements. Our typical home will have a HERS index of 60 or less, meaning the homes are 40% more energy efficient than new homes built to the current energy codes. We are also very experienced in homes which utilize active solar components (i.e. PV panels, solar hot water, and geothermal).
