Pipeline Talent is a 100% First Nations owned recruitment company specialising in First Nations appointments. Pipeline Talent is a profit-for-purpose organisation, drawing on its extensive database to mobilise the careers of First Nations peoples, providing services and support that enable them to be recognised as national and international leaders. Pipeline Talent was born after Rachelle, the founder and Managing Director, met with employers who were looking for talented and emerging First Nations leaders who wanted new career opportunities. Pipeline Talent brings the two together - providing Australia's leading corporations, not-for-profit organisations, and government departments with the opportunity to consider highly qualified First Nations candidates for management and executive roles. Since its establishment, the organisation has grown considerably and now has ten full time staff working to make a small but mighty impact to Australia's employment landscape.
