ABSTRCT An instant interactive dynamic software system comprised of a computer site with a Calendar of Events, blogs, reviews, local interest reports, and business offers, and a mobile site serving as a central platform where businesses, for a fee, can upload full-color advertisements complete with descriptions of any offers, click-to-call, web-links, or videos, featuring alpha-numeric barcoded e-coupons, that consumers can access for free on their internet-enabled mobile device, to redeem at the point of purchase of the business for instant savings, earning loyalty points for use. Divided into 16 Key Categories, each with 20 Sub-Categories providing 320 categories under which businesses advertise. Consumers, on-the-go, have a knowledge of all offers in their local area with regional, national, and global offers as a plus. Advertisers see real-time results and can create and edit offers instantly. The system is designed for local advertising to entire global campaigns. While other mobile advertising sites are available, not one offers a complete system of third- party instant posting of ads with alpha-numeric barcodes at one site, making real-time changes anytime, instantly, being able to be seen and redeemed by anyone with an internet-enabled mobile device for instant savings, locally to globally, while, at the same time, having instant analytics available to the advertiser.
