Pirelli Building Group provide repair services to Home and Building Insurance Companies requiring Emergency Make Safes, Restoration and Insurance Reinstatement works, across Victoria and Tasmania. As a panel builder for leading Australian Insurance Companies and Loss Adjusting Companies, our insurance works cover both BAU (Business As Usual) and CAT (Catastrophe Events) claims. As a major leader and trusted builder, we have a broad scope of services, providing complete solutions for all our clients. Pirelli Building Group have extensive experience within the Strata and Real Estate Industry and specialise in providing a direct service to some of the largest Owners and Body Corporations in Victoria and Tasmania. As an active member of the Strata Community of Australia, we are up-to date with all the changes within the Industry and Strata Laws. We undertake all maintenance related repairs on behalf of the Owners and/or Body Corporation to help retain or increase the value of the building and ensure it is free from safety hazards or serious damage. 30 years in the industry has led us to work with the State and National Government. We hold State Government contracts including repairs, upgrades and maintenance for the Department of Economic Development, Jobs, Transport and Resources, Vic Track, Metro Rail and insurance claims leading from Builder’s Warranty Insurance (HWI). We have successfully redeveloped parts of train stations within Melbourne to facilitate the general upgrades of the level crossing projects. We have built fire and acoustic proof rooms to house vital and valuable infrastructure and equipment. Our services to the States Governments Warranty Insurance program extends to both domestic claims and Strata complexes. Our National Government initiatives include being a registered provider for the National Disability Insurance. We are registered under the Home Modification category covering all aspects of home renovations and improvements.
