Pittsburgh Pipe

In 1977 Joseph Bergfeld and his business partner, Bill Manser, started Pittsburgh Pipe in St. Louis, Missouri. They became part of the construction service industry and began supplying underground utility contractors with steel bore casings. Since that time, we have grown from one location with just three employees to three locations with a team of 70 employees. This has allowed Pittsburgh Pipe to not only distribute steel casing pipe, but to manufacture and fabricate it as well. Our three locations, St. Louis, Missouri; Buffalo, Missouri; and Litchfield, Illinois, are strategically located in the center of the United States to allow for truck, rail and river transportation. This allows us to get our products to our customer faster, allowing you to get your jobs done on time.
