Pivotal Advisory was established with a number of underlying principles and values in mind. Not only do we want to be excellent in terms of the technical financial advice we provide, but we also value delivering that advice in clear terms. We want to help clients understand what can often be complicated ideas in relatively simple terms, with the freedom to recommend a tailored solution from the specific clients’ perspective. Finding the right financial coach is a pivotal element in reaching financial goals. We have a wide range of clients; from school leavers wanting to set up their finances efficiently, to young families buying homes, to those conscious of the need to build wealth for retirement, to people in older age needing to generate sufficient investment income to live comfortably. Our offices are in Palmerston North; however we have clients throughout New Zealand. We have specific expertise within the Business, Rural and Education sectors, with numbers of clients involved in small to medium business ventures, farming or teaching vocations. However the principles of financial planning remain similar for people across all walks of life, and we have been able to provide useful advice for most people that have sought advice from us. There is little harm in having a financial ‘tune-up’ from time to time, especially when our initial consultation is free of charge.
