Paulo has built a career starting in the hospitality field in London and Irland for Starwood Hotels and Resorts, moving to SONAE Capital leading the commercial department to manage projects and maintenance for shopping malls, retail and wellness. This trajectory lead to the return to Starwood Hotels & resorts and Marriott International managing and extensive hotel portfolio including refurbishments and Project Management of iconic properties such as, Alfonso XII Seville Luxury Collection, Maria Cristina Luxury Collection San Sebastian, Westin Palace Madrid, Sheraton Park Lane in London, Sheraton Paris Airport, Sheraton Heathrow, Sheraton Skyline in Londo, Le Meridien Etoile, Prince de Galled in Paris, Ritz Carlton Tel Aviv.
