Advice from PL Towel: Do not go to a small sized towel factory unless you have your own QC on site. Due to lack of management, the owner of the small sized factory will spend most of his time working in the weaving machine, defect rate can be as high as 30%. Do not think a big factory can solve all problems unless you have huge orders which can account for 1/10 of their capacity, because they have at least 2-3 such customers who need their priority always.
