PLACE By Design is a diverse and enthusiastic Urban Design and Architectural practice based in Bristol working with the biggest developers in the country. With many years of experience, we are involved in projects from conception all the way through to technical drawing and construction, one of which has recently received the highest accolade of outstanding in the Building for Life 12 accreditation. As part of promoting our clients aspirations we work closely with the Local Planning Authority to prepare, where necessary, Masterplans & Design Codes, Development Briefs / Development Frameworks and Design & Access Statements to support a range of planning submissions. PLACE By Design can offer a range of visualisation (CGI) options, from hand drawn perspectives to large scale photo-realistic 3D Visuals to enable the 2D designs to be fully understood and realised in three dimensions prior to construction. These images provide an invaluable asset when used as part of the clients on and off site marketing strategy.
