In vacation towns, the majority of houses are underutilized second homes. This limits rental supply, which drives up prices and pushes out locals. Many towns build affordable housing to help address this, but building can’t keep up with demand. Our mission is to help local employees secure housing in tourism-based economies, through innovative public and private partnerships across the country.
