Some may see this as risky but it is an approach that works, as it delivers results for the people we work with. Our name is the very definition of our business ethos and approach. Have you ever heard the phrase ‘Hidden in plain sight?’ This is true of something that is staring you right in the face, yet you can’t see it because you are too close to it. Too often, many owner-managers are too close to their businesses, inhibiting their ability to objectively identifying the very factors that are preventing them from growing or achieving maximisation. The way we operate is different from the average agency, which is not difficult to imagine since we are actually NOT an agency! Essentially, we operate like one, but with the flexibility and cost savings that only freelancers can provide, as the client only engages with the individuals whose services and skill sets are required for any given project. We are a team of individuals, who like and want to work together as a unit.
