Plaka Studios

Plaka Studios is a rooms-to-let complex by the sea, just 150 m. from Karfas Beach. Garagani family, true to tradition, created this housing unit consisting of 10 fully furnitured studios, using the traditional stone from the village Thymiana. Their love for hospitality and customer service contribute to a warm and friendly environment, offering all these years an ideal destination for vacation. They welcome their customers with great joy for years to come. All rooms have fully equipped kitchens (cutlery, kitchenware, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee machine, ceramic hobs, oven etc), as well as heating, air-conditioning, fun, satelite TV, safe deposit box and hairdryer. All rooms have spacious and furnitured balconies, most of which have a panoramic view to the Aegean Sea and the sunrise. All rooms and common areas have free wireless internet (WiFi) access. Plaka Studios have been offering hospitality since and on 2013-2016 they have been renovated, according to a decorator’s project. The reception was also renovated by Effie Garagani as it bacame a place not only for check-in and check-out but also a place that the customers enjoy talking with the owners. Plaka Studios is situated only 7 kilometres from the city of Chios, 3 kilometres from the airport and 7 kilometres from the port. The visitors can find full-service restaurants, cafes and mini-markets close by. Free parking area is provided for.
