Plan 4 is a small friendly family firm based in Bolton, Lancashire. We pride ourselves on helping small/medium businesses and individuals maximise their pensions and financial security, whatever the budget. Our aim is to help employers to get the most out of their new duties which may require them to set-up and run a pension scheme for their employees. Depending on the level of involvement you require, this may include- Assessing your workforce and identifying which employees will need to be automatically enrolled into a pension scheme- Providing information to help you plan for the potential costs involved- Providing information about Auto Enrolment and suitable pension schemes- Providing information about software that could help you to manage your on-going duties and keep the records you need- Talking to your employees about their new pension scheme- Working with your payroll to help manage the on-going processing of pension contributions- Reviewing your scheme on a yearly basis to ensure its on-going suitability. We can also arrange on-site financial planning clinics to provide information to promote good practice to help your employees with their personal financial planning issues. Whatever the size of the company or budget, we can provide the advice and support needed to ensure your financial plan stays on course.
