This follows an extensive career at senior management level in housing, local government and the NHS. To translate your aspirations into financial models, she uses her mix of vast experience allied with an accomplished ability to make business simple. She works with teams to develop their skills and knowledge of finance, improving their commercial sense, reorganising processes and creating efficiencies. She supports your decision making and risks evaluation, bringing your specialists together to make projects succeed. For the past 30 years, she has brought multi disciplinary teams together to deliver capital projects. She allies strong interpersonal and technical skills with excellent project and organisation management abilities. She particularly excels at business planning, process re-engineering, financial modelling, finance training, coaching and team building. She developed a PFI in Primary Care guidance with NHS Estates and has translated local government policies into plain English. She is a keen advocate of social enterprise and supports local charities with their business planning. She is a published author, recently writing the Service Charges Guide - National Housing Federation. She is a fellow chartered certified accountant (FCCA), a project manager - qualified Prince2 practitioner - and has a post graduate certificate in health economics. She has a national profile with the National Housing Federation (past chair of the South West Finance Group) and as a member of the CIPFA Housing Panel and of the ACCA Housing Associations Technical Advisory Group. She is the vice chair trustee of Waste Not Want Not, a furniture recycling charity. She can deliver multidisciplinary projects with her local associates.
