The Planning and Development Agency (PDA) is a leading Lebanese organization with over 18 years of experience in cross-border cooperation, EU-funded projects, and sustainable development. As a trusted partner and lead applicant across key regional programs—including ENPI CBC MED, ENI CBC MED, Interreg NEXT MED, AFKAR, and Erasmus+—PDA works closely with public institutions, universities, youth organizations, chambers of commerce, and international NGOs to design and implement impactful initiatives.
