Planning Studio are consultants specialising in resource management planning advice, strategy, and obtaining resource consents in Aotearoa New Zealand. On behalf of our clients, we undertake a variety of land development (land use and subdivision), commercial & residential, resource consent and feasibility work. This includes preparing and lodging resource consent applications; presenting evidence for clients at Council hearings and the Environment Court; and assisting with Plan Changes. Additionally we provide planning advice and assessments for landowners and prospective purchasers as part of development due diligence. Planning Studio will add value to your development through our knowledge of the Resource Management Act; Local Government Act; National Policy Statements, National Environmental Standards; and local level planning documents including Auckland Unitary Plan; Kaipara District, Whangārei and Far North District Plans.
