The mission of the Plano Symphony Orchestra is to inspire, educate, entertain, and involve the children, youth, and adults of our community in the enjoyment of great music. Guided by the vision to make music accessible to all regardless of socio-economic status, the PSO offers education and community engagement programs at reduced or no cost throughout North Texas. Building on a tradition of excellence, the PSO continues to deepen its impact through innovative programming, meaningful partnerships, and exceptional artistry by our orchestra musicians and guest artists. This commitment ensures that our diverse season offerings provide rich and diverse cultural experiences that serve all communities, connecting audiences across generations and musical styles, and enriching the cultural fabric of Plano and the surrounding region.
