I’m Amaris Gardner and as your independent life insurance agent I will use my access to a variety of popular carriers and products to do the research needed to find affordable and meaningful coverage for you and your family. I ended up becoming an agent because of my own, personal interest in life insurance and I wanted to learn more. Two of the most important things I have learned on this journey is that 1) life insurance is not a one and done type of resource and 2) there is a coverage option for everyone and every situation. In my community, black families have the highest rate of life insurance ownership among all racial groups at 56 percent. However, a 2020 study done by Haven Life ( https://havenlife.com/blog/life-insurance-racial-wealth-gap-statistics/) showed a life insurance coverage gap in my community with the amount of coverage not being enough of an financial cushion after a loved one passes or need long term care. It is my business mission to help close this gap and build relationships with clients so we can review your coverage sustainability as your life circumstances change over the years.
