PLANSPEKTRUM is a platform with an international team of local and international planning experience. We want to think about tomorrow and get our customers excited about that future - that's our claim. Our philosophy is based on the strong belief that buildings and our built environment are more than just the sum of their added parts. We constantly seek to achieve a synthesis of function, design, and context. Our buildings are uniquely matched to each project. Our motivation is driven by our main focus - people, which are at the center of all our design. Our office gathers 20 years of experience in the industry. The founding partners have worked in Germany, China, Hong Kong, and Japan. The project experience includes larger urban planning, office buildings, residential high-rise buildings, hotels, apartment buildings, single-family houses, and interiors as well as sustainable and high-quality furniture. The philosophy - is to create a timeless design that is sustainable, durable, environmentally friendly, made for very long use, and touches our senses.
