2004 yılında Bursa Kayapa Organize Sanayi Bölgesi'nde faaliyetlerine başlayan Plaskar, otomotiv sektörüne plastik enjeksiyon parça üretimi alanında hizmet vermek amacıyla kuruldu. 1978 yılından beri makina, kamu hizmetleri ve inşaat başta olmak üzere çeşitli sektörlerde faaliyet gösteren Orakçı Şirketler Grubu’nun otomotiv ana sanayisine hizmet vermek için kurulan ilk şirketidir.
