Plastic Eater Sound is a cutting edge music production company located on Clinton St in the heart of the Lower East Side in New York City - it is a very comfortable - but yet cutting edge facility. DOMICILE features a 5.1 Dolby Certified mix room - which is perfect for feature film, television and music mixing. Mix A is also the only mix stage in New York City with a custom built DJ booth.(and probably the world) Stan Stammers: Renowned Bass Player, Producer and Songwriter Stan Stammers, was the co-founder of cult UK bands Theatre of Hate and Spear of Destiny with singer, songwriter and front man, Kirk Brandon. Stan also fronted his own UK band Crazy Pink Revolvers, before moving to the States and co-founding Plastic Eaters with vocalist, programmer and producer Rob Daly. As a professional bass player, Stan has worked with Philly band The Goats, as well as recorded as a session bass player with numerous artists. Rob Daly: RD got his first drum set in 1981. His first sampler in 1989. and his first Pro Tools rig in 1997. And has been smashing sounds together all along and ever since. Besides the constant creating of beats and sounds. His resume ranges from Foley work for Martha Stewart's Living, to dialogue and sound FX editor on Michael Moore's Oscar winning film, Bowling for Columbine to sound design on the latest incarnation of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles - the cartoon.
