Plat:form also represents a meeting place for creative minds, and the coming together of a team. Plat:form began in 2002, originally as KMS Developments. Working with the Townline Group of Companies, KMS was involved in the creation of numerous high-profile developments in the Lower Mainland (among these: Ikea Coquitlam, Thunderbird Creek and Queensborough Landing). In 2010, KMS expanded, reborn as Plat:form.
