As an independent investment company with an entrepreneurial DNA, we are the principal investors and managers of funds involved in markets addressing long-term trends. Our primary focus is on direct buyouts in which we typically take majority positions by investing equity tickets ranging from €10 million to €30 million, to transform generally family-owned and usually French SMEs into leaders of their sectors. We invest in sectors addressing long-term demographic and societal trends, where we can identify a mismatch between supply and demand. Being very active in fundamental sectors such as Education and Care Services, we more generally seek to address four main themes :* The ageing population and related services to seniors;* Services focusing care and well-being;* The “skills gap” spanning across all sub-segments of the education sector;* Sustainability theses such as sustainable tourism, circular economy or energy transition services. As an inheritance of our family office beginnings, we can also operate on a fully discretionary basis on behalf of some of our investors who wish to invest more opportunistically in order to better meet specific diversification, returns generation or risk management needs.
